In 2022, Tamela was invited to sing at the 200th birthday of Vietnamese poet Nguyễn Đình Chiểu. She was asked to compose a song in his honor and perform it at his national monument, Tomb and Memorial Area. She wrote the song inspired by the poem and historical hero Luc Van Tien .
